Customer-Obsessed is a platform built to explore, celebrate, and sharpen the art and science of putting customers first — founded by Savannah Jodie, a leading voice in strategy and customer engagement.

Savannah’s journey started with a Psychology degree, where she focused on consumer psychology and the decision-making behaviours that drive people to choose, buy, return, or stay loyal to brands. That fascination with people evolved into a career in strategy — starting as a Junior Strategist and progressing to Customer Strategy Director, delivering work that centres around one belief: customer obsession drives commercial impact.

Across her career, Savannah has worked across a wide range of marketing disciplines — from CRM and digital to experiential and brand. She’s led strategic thinking for brands like Nike, eBay, Wray & Nephew, Westfield, and Virgin Media O2, with a focus on creating meaningful, measurable moments of connection between businesses and their customers.

Customer-Obsessed was born from a simple truth: somewhere along the way, many brands stopped listening. Marketing often becomes channel-first, product-first — or even trend-first. But customers bring revenue. Customers drive growth. And customer understanding should be the foundation, not an afterthought.

This platform is Savannah’s way of bringing that belief to life. A space for strategists, marketers, and business leaders to dive into the thinking, insight, and action that powers truly customer-obsessed brands.
